We at Sew Piecefully Patchwork endevour to reproduce all images on our website to be as close as possible to the real thing but we realise with the discrepancies in technology and end users equipment that the images don’t always come out with the exact clarity as the original item, if you are trying to colour match a fabric to something that you have at home please note that we can not take responsibility if the products do not match.

Also note that the images on the website are not always shown at actual size, and where possible digital images are used.

Product Quality

All products shipped are hand picked, checked and deemed fit for posting, after we have posted items we can not be held responsible for lost or damaged goods, we do offer express postage at an additional cost to you, which can be tracked through Australia post.

Coupons

Please note that when using coupon codes that the coupons don’t always apply to all products in your cart. Please read coupon details carefully before checkout, so you know exactly what discounts you are getting. Coupon discount does not include shipping charges and is calculated on your cart subtotal before shipping unless the coupon states shipping discount.

Shipping

Although we at Sew Piecefully Patchwork don’t stop for public holidays, our shipping methods of Australia Post do. Therefore all orders placed the day prior to or on a public holiday will not be shipped until the following business day. Please consider this when ordering.

Price increase: As of January the 1st 2020 the price of shipping will increase per weight as to keep up with the increase by Australia Post.

INTERNATIONAL shipping available, if your country is not listed in our checkout please send us an email and we will work out a shipping price for you.

PRE-ORDERS: please note that if you purchase Pre-Orders and or backorders with stock that is currently in stock, your order will be with held until all items can be shipped.

Sew Piecefully Patchwork endeavor to ship all orders (unless out of stock) within 24 hours of receiving payment. We use Australia Post standard delivery, the shipping charges are listed below which are calculated by weight at checkout, so the more that you buy the better it works out for you.

Local Pick-ups, all local customers can use the local pick-up shipping option, but your order must be picked up within 1 week of order unless another time is agreed from Sew Piecefully Patchwork and the customer. Your order will not be posted if you use this option.

Charges

All “Off the bolt” cuts are in 25cm increments, so at the checkout add 1 to cart for 25 cm, 2 for 50cm and so on. If more than 1 is added to the cart then the piece cut will be one length, eg, 3 would be one continuous cut measuring 75cm, and so forth. Fat quarters will now be as per quantity, this means that if you order 2 fat quarters you will receive 2 individual pieces. If you are after 50cm then you need to order it as 2 x 25cm pieces.

Pre-Order products

When placing an order with products that are “pre-order” please note that if you have products in the same order that are in stock then the order will not be shipped out until all products from that order are in stock.

Returns

We can not accept return of goods for cut items (eg fabric that has been cut to a desired length) if you have changed your mind.

For all non cut items (eg patterns) we will happily refund for a money order that can be spent at our online shop at a later time that you desire (within 3 months of the original purchase), all patterns need to be in their original packaging, unopened and unused.

For all returns we need to be notified via email sewpiecefullypatchwork@hotmail.com and you are responsible for the cost of postage to return the goods. Goods must be in their original condition as when sent to you and in their entirety within 8 business days of your receipt, goods will be refunded upon inspection once we have received and inspected.
